Is the clubhouse rented to non-Lake Olympia residents?
The clubhouse is only rented to Lake Olympia residents.
Is security needed at my event?
Security is needed if:
- Over 100 people will be in attendance and no alcohol will be served â€“ at least 1 Officer
- Any amount of people in attendance and alcohol will be served â€“ at least 2 Officers
- Under 100 people in attendance and no alcohol served - no Officers needed.
Can I use a security guard or an officer from another jurisdiction?
No. Per the contract, you must use an off duty City of Missouri City Police Officer(s). There is security coordination through the City of Missouri City Police Department. (A copy of the security contract must be provided to management prior to you receiving your key to the facility and you are asked to secure your officers at least 2-4 weeks prior to your event).
Do I have to pay the deposit and rental fee at the same time?
Yes. The entire $900.00 fee must be paid in order to secure your contract.
How far in advance can I book my rental date?
Contracts can be written up to 12 months in advance.
What is included in my rental?
You have access to the Main Hall, the kitchen area, storage room, and the deck. There are sixteen round 60 in. tables, six 6 ft. long rectangle banquet tables, and six 8 ft. long rectangle banquet tables. There are approximately 196 chairs for your use as well. If you wish to bring in additional tables and chairs, you can rent them but they have to be removed at the end of your event.
We do not provide the following items:
- Intercom system
- Speakers or microphones
- Projectors or screens
